Brett McAuliffe
Brett has worked full time within the real estate industry since 1992, gaining experience in both Queensland and New South Wales as a Valuer, Research Analyst, Agent, Project Manager and Consultant.
He has gained experience in a variety of Real Estate markets, with particular experience in the valuation of development sites, suburban commercial and industrial properties and the undertaking of extensive property portfolios throughout Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
During his career he has undertaken work for numerous major institutional and corporate entities, together with not for profit, religious and charitable groups, and a number of Commonwealth Government, State Government and Local Government Departments. Brett is currently a Senior Development Manager with Brookfield Multiplex Developments Australia Pty Ltd and a Director of McAuliffe Property Services Pty Ltd.
Brett completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property Economics) at the Queensland University of Technology in 1992, a Master of Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Queensland in 1998, a Graduate Certificate in Design for Aged Environments in 2004, a Master of Education in 2005 and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Studies in 2007.
Having served as an Assistant Member to the Board since 2002, Brett was appointed as a Member in 2007. He is also a National Councilor of the Australian Property Institute and a Member of the Brisbane Catholic Education Council.
