Peta Perring

Peta is a corporate lawyer and currently works in house at Ergon Energy.

Peta formerly was the Registrar at the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland. Peta is also on the Board of Circa Theatre Company and on the Therapeutic Drugs Advisory Committee of the Optometrist Board of Queensland. Peta also is a Defence reservist legal officer.

Peta completed a Bachelor of Arts at the University of QLD in 1989 and a Graduate Diploma in Education also from the University of Queensland in 1990. In 1999 Peta completed a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, Sydney in 2000. Peta also completed a Master of Business Administration in 2007.

Peta was appointed as a member in 2008.
