The Guidelines for Registration (PDF, 152 kB)* give an applicant an overview of the board, its regulatory background, the requirements for registration, the steps necessary to apply for registration, and details on how to renew registration.
List of Undergraduate and Postgraduate Courses approved by the Board
The Board recognises certain undergraduate and post-graduate educational qualifications (PDF, 80 kB)* pursuant to Section 30(b)(ii) of the Valuers Registration Act 1992.

Application forms available
- The Application for Registration as a Valuer (PDF, 216 kB)*, is to be completed by anyone seeking registration who meets qualifications of the board, or is a member of an approved institute, and has had sufficient practical experience working under the supervision of a registered valthe educational uer.
- The Application for Registration as a Valuer under Mutual Recognition Principles (PDF, 148 kB)* is to be completed by applicants who hold unrestricted registration in New South Wales, Western Australia or New Zealand, to whom registration is granted under mutual recognition.
- Application as a Specialist Retail Valuer (PDF, 136 kB)* is to be completed by a registered valuer seeking registration as a specialist retail valuer to carry out rental determinations.
